§ 04Services
Seven services.
One continuous
loop.
Most companies in this industry do one slice of the lifecycle. We run all of it — which is why we can pay more for your empties than a scrapper and charge less for your refills than a distributor. The margin comes from the loop, not from either end of it.

§ 04.2Which service
Four situations, four answers.
Most enquiries arrive described as a problem rather than a service. Here is the translation.
| Your situation | Service | What happens | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Empties piling up in the yard | We buy your totes | Quote from photos, pickup, payment | 3–7 days |
| A yard full of mixed junk totes | Site cleanout | Single coordinated clearing visit | 1–3 weeks |
| Need totes, don't need new | Wholesale supply | Graded stock to spec, delivered | 3–7 days |
| Own totes, want them reusable | Reconditioning | Wash, test, recertify, return | 2–4 weeks |
| Bottles genuinely at end of life | Recycling & reprocessing | Granulate, hot wash, pelletize | By load |
| Shipping product out in totes | Asset program | Managed pool, tracked and returned | Ongoing |
| Have the totes, need the truck | Transport & logistics | Freight only, sized to tote loads | 3–10 days |
| Both buying and selling | Combined | Netted on one trailer, one freight leg | 3–7 days |
That last row is worth knowing about. If you are buying reconditioned stock and disposing of empties in the same quarter, we can usually do both on one trailer movement and net the invoice.

- Brokered loads we haven't seen
Within 150 miles of Harvey, IL.
Single-stacked 275 gal composites.
Answered by a person, not a bot.
Everything passes through our yard.
What every service includes
- A named person who answers your emails
- An honest lead time, including when it is bad news
- Individual grading, never lot averages
- Documentation that travels with the load
- A Reclaim Ledger certificate for the diverted volume
§ 04.3Why bundling matters
Every hand-off costs you money and information.
A broker collects, a washer washes, a grinder grinds, a carrier hauls. Four margins, four schedules, and nobody who can tell you with certainty what was in the bottle. Running the whole loop under one roof removes all four problems at once.
- One margin instead of four, which is why our buy prices are higher and our sell prices lower
- One schedule, so a pickup date is a commitment rather than a chain of hopes
- One grading standard applied by one team to every unit
- One record of what was in each bottle, from intake declaration to outbound manifest
§ 04.4Service questions
Across all seven.
Can I use more than one service at once?
That is the normal case. Buying stock and selling empties in the same movement is our most common combined arrangement, and reconditioning plus transport is the second.
Do you charge for quotes or site assessments?
No. Quotes are free, including for cleanouts, and we will do a photo-based assessment without a site visit in most cases. Large or complex cleanouts sometimes warrant a visit, which is also free.
What is your minimum volume?
Four totes within 150 miles of Harvey; twelve within 350 miles; twenty-four beyond that. Parts orders have no minimum at all. Full bands are on the facility & network page.
Do you work with waste brokers and environmental firms?
Regularly — they are a significant share of our intake. If you are brokering a client’s tote disposal, we can take the container stream and you keep the residue work.
