§ 01.5.1Open roles
Every role below reports to someone who does the same work. We have no managers who have not graded a tote.
Run triple-rinse, caustic and solvent programmes; load and unload the line; log programme codes against lots. The most important job in the building — everything downstream trusts your work.
Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CT
What we’re looking for
One technician, one tote. Inspect bottle walls, check cage geometry against the jig, assess valve and pallet condition, match residue evidence to the declaration, assign a grade.
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CT
What we’re looking for
Build loads, book lanes, capture backhauls, and tell customers the truth about lead times. You will own the relationship with our contract carriers.
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT
What we’re looking for
Cut, fit and finish retired bottles into rain harvesters, aquaponics sumps, planters and livestock waterers. Part fabrication, part product development.
Mon–Thu, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

This is a yard and a wash line. It is wet, it is loud in places, and it is physically real. We think that is a feature, but we would rather you knew it before you applied.
