§ 03Products
Seven categories.
One honest
grading scale.
Everything below is graded individually before it is priced, and every grade in our scale is published with what it actually means. Nobody should open a trailer and find a surprise.
- Categories
- 7
- Core capacities
- 275 & 330 gal
- Grades
- AA through R
- Per trailer
- 48 units

- Every unit individually graded
- 100% of reuse stock pressure tested
- Food-grade stock never shares wash water
- UN/DOT 31HA1 recertification in house
- Mixed-grade loads welcome
§ 03.1The catalog
Start with what the tote has to do.
Picking a product category is mostly a question of what goes in it and who sees it. Below each card is the short answer; the detail pages have the long one.
Reconditioned
Original bottle, triple-rinsed or caustic-washed, pressure-tested and recertified where it qualifies. The volume product and the best value in the catalog.
- 275 & 330 gal
- Pressure tested
- UN/DOT recert available
Rebottled
A brand-new bottle dropped into a reclaimed, straightened steel cage and pallet. Indistinguishable from new on the inside, roughly 65% reclaimed by mass.
- New bottle
- Reclaimed cage
- Full UN/DOT
Food-grade
Unused or food-only bottles on a fully segregated path — separate intake, separate wash water, separate racking, documented previous-contents chain.
- 21 CFR 177.1520
- Segregated path
- Documentation pack
New
Virgin composite IBCs for the specs that genuinely require them. We stock them, we sell them, and we will tell you when you don't need them.
- Virgin HDPE
- Full certification
- Lead time 5–10 days
Specialty & composite
Stainless and carbon steel IBCs, collapsible formats, insulated and jacketed units, larger and smaller capacities outside the standard pair.
- 316L stainless
- Collapsible
- 120–550 gal
Parts & accessories
Valves, caps, gaskets, adapters, dust caps, lids, cage sections, pallet bases, heaters, mixers, stands and dispensing kits.
- 2" & 3" valves
- Buttress adapters
- EPDM & Viton
Upcycled builds
Retired bottles cut, fitted and finished into rain harvesters, aquaponics sumps, planter beds, livestock waterers and jobsite washdown stations.
- 11 formats
- Custom fabrication
- Non-pressure use
§ 03.2Choosing
Which category do you actually need?
Four questions resolve almost every enquiry we get. Answer them and the category picks itself.
| If your product is… | And appearance… | Then choose | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Food, beverage or flavour | Matters | Food-grade | Segregated path and documentation are mandatory |
| Industrial chemical | Doesn't matter | Reconditioned | Best value; function is identical |
| Industrial chemical | Matters (retail-adjacent) | Rebottled | New bottle interior and exterior |
| Highly aggressive solvent | Either | Specialty — steel | HDPE compatibility is the limit, not condition |
| Regulated hazmat, high packing group | Either | Rebottled or new | Full UN/DOT marking without age questions |
| Non-transport storage only | Doesn't matter | Reconditioned grade B | No recertification needed; cheapest option |
| Water, brine or washdown | Doesn't matter | Reconditioned grade B / B- | Cosmetic condition is irrelevant |
| Nothing — it's a tank now | Varies | Upcycled build | Purpose-built from a retired bottle |
When in doubt, leave the Grade field blank on any form on this site. A grader will recommend one based on your product and duty.

§ 03.4Before you order
The five questions we get most.
Can I mix grades on one load?
Yes, and most customers do. Tell us the split you want — for example 30 grade A- for product and 18 grade B for washdown water — and the manifest will show which is which.
Do you ship less than a full trailer?
Within 150 miles of Harvey, from four units. Further out, partial loads are possible on lanes we already run — ask, because our backhauls are the cheapest freight you will find.
Can I see the totes before I commit?
Yes. Site visits are welcome by appointment during yard hours, and we will send photographs of the actual staged units for any order before it loads.
What if a unit arrives not as graded?
We replace it or credit it, your choice, and we want to know about it — a mis-grade is a training problem on our side. Our terms are on the terms of sale page.
Do you buy as well as sell?
That is where most of our stock comes from. See we buy your totes — and if you are both buying and selling, we can often net the two against each other on a single trailer.
Mixed loads welcome
Tell us the duty, not the part number.
Describe what the tote has to do and we will specify it. That is faster than you guessing at a grade and us correcting it.
