§ 08Get a Quote
One form.
Seven services.
One business day.
Selling empties, buying stock, washing your own fleet, clearing a yard or just moving containers between sites — all of it starts here. Give us a count and a previous-contents note and you will get a real number rather than a range.

§ 08.1What to include
Four facts get you a real number.
A vague enquiry gets a vague answer, because a buyer facing ambiguity has to price the worst case within it. These four turn a range into a figure.
01
A count and the capacities
"About forty" becomes a deduction for uncertainty. Forty-eight 275-gallon units is a trailer and a price.
02
The previous contents
Chemical class is better than a trade name, and both is best. Honesty about awkward contents is priced better than vagueness about ordinary ones.
03
Your site conditions
Dock or no dock, forklift or no forklift, paved or gravel, any gate or induction requirements.
04
A date window
A two-week window lets us slot you onto a lane that was already running, which is the single biggest lever on freight cost.
If you are selling
- Count and capacities, grouped by what they held
- Previous contents per group, with concentration if you know it
- Whether any units are part-full, and roughly how much
- Any genuine unknowns, separated out and counted
- Photographs — one wide shot, one representative unit, one access route
- Do not clean them first; declare them instead
If you are buying
- What is going in the tote — product class and concentration
- Maximum service temperature and expected contact time
- Whether anyone outside your plant will see the container
- Volume, and whether it recurs monthly or is one-off
- Destination and any racking or clearance constraints
- Leave the Grade field blank and we will recommend one
§ 08.2What happens next
From form to figure.
- 01
It reaches a desk, not a queue
The Select Service field routes your request to the reclaim desk, the sales desk, the freight desk or our QA lead. A named person owns it from that point.
No autoresponders, no ticket numbers
- 02
We ask at most one clarifying question
If something essential is missing — usually the previous contents or the site conditions — we ask once rather than guessing and quoting wrongly.
Usually same day
- 03
You get a real number
Per unit, with the terms attached. Not a range, and not 'subject to inspection' in the way that means 'we will change this later'.
Within one business day
- 04
We confirm the lane and the window
If we can slot you onto an existing movement, the number improves, and we will tell you when that is possible rather than keeping it to ourselves.
3–7 business days typical
- 05
Collection or delivery
Counted on site in front of you against the agreed quantity. Discrepancies get resolved there rather than discovered later at a weigh pad.
Counted in your presence
- 06
Settlement and documentation
Paid on pickup for agreed quantities, or Net 30 on an approved account for purchases. Per-unit grading breakdown, manifests and a Reclaim Ledger certificate.
Within 5 business days for graded elements
§ 08.3Terms at a glance
The numbers behind a quote.
Published so you can plan without having to ask.
| Band | Radius | Minimum | Lead time | Freight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | 0–150 mi | 4 units | 2–4 business days | Included |
| B | 150–350 mi | 12 units | 3–6 business days | Included at 24+ |
| C | 350–800 mi | 24 units | 4–8 business days | Included at 48 |
| D | 800–1,500 mi | 48 units | 5–10 business days | Quoted per lane |
| E | 1,500 mi+ | 48 units | 7–14 business days | Quoted per lane |
A partial load on a lane we already run beats every number in this table. Always ask whether a lane is running — it is the most valuable question in the whole process.

§ 08.4Quote questions
Asked before the first request.
Is a quote binding?
Our number is firm for thirty days on the quantities and conditions quoted. If what arrives differs materially from the declaration — a different count, undeclared part-full units — we re-quote rather than silently adjusting the invoice.
Do I have to know the grade I want?
No, and we would rather you did not guess. Leave the Grade field blank, describe the duty, and a grader will recommend one — which is usually the cheaper grade. Criteria are published on the grading scale.
Can I quote both buying and selling at once?
Yes, and it is the most efficient thing you can do. Put one in the Select Service field and describe the other in Message. One trailer, two directions, netted invoice.
What if my volume is tiny?
Parts orders have no minimum at all — one gasket is a legitimate order. Container minimums are four units within 150 miles, twelve within 350, twenty-four beyond. Ask anyway; a lane may be running.
Why does the form ask for a phone number if you don't have one?
So a driver can reach you on the day of a collection or delivery. We answer in writing; the number is for logistics rather than for sales calls.
What do you do with my details?
Price and schedule your request. Never resold, never shared with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
Model it first, if you like
Run your volume through the Reclaim Ledger before you ask.
Set the quantity, pick a path, and attach the certificate straight to this form with the numbers intact.
